  • You’re confused by all the conflicting advice on the internet, or given to you by others

Heather is amazing! So supportive, understanding and totally knows her stuff. We learnt so much in the puppy prep session about training, behaviours and how to avoid certain behaviours such as jumping up at others. Heather is so positive and full of tips and guidance. Not only this but the support continues after the consultation too. Thank you so much for helping us and Oscar.

FAQS

  • There really is no need for in-person support for a puppy prep session, however if you would prefer this then please get in touch and this can be arranged.

  • No! This can be booked if you are welcoming an older dog from a rescue or similar too. We will just amend the session to make it relevant to the different challenges you might face.

  • Whilst the internet has lots of good advice to offer, it also has lots of bad! There is no way of knowing what advice is correct or incorrect and I’ve unfortunately seen the fallout from when it goes wrong. I am a fully qualified trainer and behaviourist, and all my knowledge is up to date!

  • I use a science-based, kind and ethical approach to training.

  • If you decide you’d like further support following our session then this can be arranged.

  • Following our session, everything will be emailed over to you, along with a recording of our session so you’ll have everything you need to refer back to!
