Dog Behaviourist & Dog Trainer based in Tidworth, Wiltshire. Experienced, Qualified & Recommended
My name is Heather. A quick bit about me - I currently hold 3 behavioural qualfications with a fourth in progress, and am an experienced canine behaviourist. I'm based in Tidworth, Wiltshire - covering Wiltshire, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
I am a provisional member of the APBC, meaning that having gained the relevant academic qualifications, I am gaining the practical experience necessary for full membership as a clinical animal behaviourist. As a member of the APBC - all behaviour cases I take on must be with veterinary referral, but I can help you with this if need be.
I am also a fulll member of PACT (Professional Academy of Canine Trainers) and on the ABTC register as an qualified Animal Training Instructor!
So why might you be needing a behaviourist?
Some of the common behaviour and training issues I get asked to help with are:
- Separation Anxiety
- Aggression to people, dogs or other species
- Multi-pet households
- Excessive Barking
- Noise sensitivity
- Fears & Phobias
- Frustration-related issues
- Compulsive behaviours
- Inappropriate toileting
- Cognitive decline
I work under the supervision of a ABTC Clinical Animal Behaviourist to oversee all my cases at present too.
